About Emily Carraway
Hello and Welcome to RecipeTinEasy!
I’m Emily Carraway a recipe creator, real food enthusiast, simplicity seeker, and passionate home cook behind RecipeTinEasy. I believe that cooking doesn’t have to be complicated to be delicious and that a little bit of planning can make life in the kitchen so much easier (and a lot more fun!).
Whether you’re new to cooking or simply looking for quick, nourishing recipes to simplify your busy weeknights, you’re in the right place.
My Story
For years, I juggled a fast-paced life filled with work stress, long to-do lists, and little time to focus on what I was putting on my plate. Everything changed when I realized how deeply food affects how we feel not just physically, but emotionally and mentally, too.
I created RecipeTinEasy to share my journey of rediscovering food as something joyful, healing, and simple. No fancy ingredients. No overwhelming steps. Just real food, made easy — and always made with love.
Over time, this little corner of the internet has become a trusted space for home cooks who want to eat better without overcomplicating things.
